Terms and conditions
All backing tracks remain the property of Designed4music.com at all times and are offered for license only. These Terms and Conditions between Us and You, set out the legal basis upon which We grant You a non-exclusive license to download Our Music from Our Website.
The rights granted to You under these Terms and Conditions are for your own personal usage, and under no circumstances shall you be allowed to copy, distribute or transfer the Music in any form or to any other third party.
Delivery Policy
All tracks are MP3 format. An mp3 file of each licensed backing track will be made available to preview and download. If you are experiencing difficulty in downloading or have not received your product - please contact us outlining the problem and we shall do our best to assist you.
License of Backing Tracks
A license to use backing tracks as an accompaniment to live performance is granted only to the licensee named. Use by third parties, lending, hiring or re-selling is strictly forbidden and a license will be deemed invalid in the event of breach of any of the terms and conditions stated herein, rendering any further use by licensee of the backing tracks illegal.
Once purchased, the licensee cannot cancel the license. Due to the nature of this license we are unable to accept any backing tracks returned for credit or exchange unless supplied in error by Designed4music.com. Discrepancies to orders must be reported to us within five working days of receipt.
Although every effort is made to provide the best possible product we reserve the right to make changes from the original recordings where we consider necessary.
Refund and Replacements
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, we are happy to discuss the possibility of a replacement. It must also be understood that due to digital nature of the product, we must ask you that if a replacement is granted, that any copies of that track are destroyed and are not performed as the licence for the track will be null and void. If your purchase is damaged in any way, or you feel the quality of your download is not of a high enough standard, please contact info@designed4music.com and we will arrange for a new hard copy to be sent.
Cancellations of purchases are possible before payment is taken. However, if payment is authorised and cleared - cancellations of orders are not possible.
